I was pleasently surprised how easy it felt to buy my first house in Dubrovnik. I travel a lot for business and the fact I could text Libertas' agent Zvonimir on Whatsup was quite nice. I am gratefull they have spared me of all the discouraging stories I heard about buying a property in Croatia. They took care of everything for me, advised me regarding the whole purchase process upfront so I knew what was ahead.
